There are many things that can bring us to sadness, but you may have reached a point where you don’t understand why you’re feeling so blue or what you’ve tried seems not to work so well anymore.
You might feel stuck or that you’ll never feel whole or happy again. You might think that you don’t know how to be content or accepting of yourself. You might have a sense that something is wrong and feel too weak to remove yourself from it, like a wet blanket that covers your senses.
