Psychological Health and Wellness is a trauma therapy treatment center located in Mesa, AZ. Our trauma counselors at Psychological Health and Wellness specialize in the treatment of trauma and abuse for those people who have survived really horrible things in their life. We also specialize in treating people who are struggling with the pain of anxiety and depression.
We have really developed a skill set that will allow you to work through those things in an effective way and feel a sense of relief, mapping out your unique problem geography and engaging in treatment activities that are both engaging and enables a sense of self awareness as we treat the symptoms that cloud over your world.

I would say 9 out of 10 people that schedule an appointment for consultation have had prior treatment failure and have come to me for therapy after seeking help without success with previous therapists.
The Initial Consolation
I usually have a sense of what the person’s problem geography is at the end of a 30 minute consultation. In an initial 30minute consultation we’re just kind of seeing if therapy is a good fit, explaining what we do and clients just tend to be pretty open about things.
